Branch Description
The South Hills YMCA is a program center which utilizes several community pools, sports fields and gymnasiums for our youth sports, aquatics and camping programs. In addition, we partner with community businesses and organizations for specialized health, wellness and fitness programming. Facilities on site include a auxiliary room and heated outdoor swimming pool including children’s pool, snack bar and locker rooms. Through Building Bridges, a financial assistance program for those unable to afford the cost of membership or program fees, the YMCA can reach everyone in the community.

Parent-Child Programs
Parent-Child Programs
These timeless programs assist the parent and school age child on a journey of discovery. While activities with the whole family are important, there is tremendous value in supporting and strengthening the ability of a parent and their child to communicate at an early age. Y Guides, Princesses, Trailblazers and Questors can be for one parent and child or grandparent and child. Typical activities include games, crafts, songs, stories, skits, camping, hiking and swimming.
