Types of Personal Training
Our trainers will help to define your goals and design specific workouts for you. This will help you obtain your desired results faster and safer than exercising on your own.
Working with a trainer will hold you accountable to regular exercise, keeping your commitment to yourself. It’s much harder to skip a trip to the Y when you have someone there waiting for you!
You can’t know how far you’ve come unless you know where you started. Our trainers can assess your strengths and weakness, focusing on your targeted areas of improvement throughout your individual sessions.
Our trainers will take you through each of your sessions while offering personalized feedback, encouragement, and support to keep you on track for achieving your goals!’
Our trainers hold a minimum of a bachelors degree, as well as a nationally recognized exercise certification. Each trainer can effectively asses your fitness level and design a program specific for your needs.Membership
